Abstract Submission Information

Abstract Submissions

General abstract submissions will be open from September 28th - November 29th, 2021. Submissions will be reviewed by experts on the Conference Planning Committees. Acceptance notifications will go out December 15th. Podium Presenters and Poster Presenters will need to reserve the full conference days initially. The conference schedule will be determined and announced to presenters February 1st.

This year we are collecting abstracts through a system called "Oxford Abstracts." The deadline for priority abstracts has now passed. We are now considering late abstracts for Poster Displays at the conference. Please submit your abstract their this system below.

Virtual or In-Person?

Currently, we are expecting that most presentations will occur in-person in Pasadena, California and would prefer submitters to plan to attend in-person. However, we are constantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation carefully and we will accept virtual presentations as necessary. During the event, we will be following COVID-19 safety guidelines and as necessary, we will respond individually to special virtual presentation requests.
