2024 Registration Process

We are excited to host this year's in-person conference in sunny Riverside, California. While the 2024 event will be hybrid, we do hope you will join us in-person for presentations, networking and small group discussions on the ASIC topics. There is no separate registration price for virtual or in-person attendance. Invited Oral Presenters will receive a code for discounted registration upon acceptance to allow for Early Bird Registration. Applied Oral or Poster Presenters will pay the current rate but can volunteer for registration reimbursement.

Government / Academic / Non-profit / NGO Registration

Community / Tribal Member Registration

*To register at this rate, community members must be paying for their registration on their own and not supported by a non-profit, government or other organization.

Student Registration

*Undergraduate and masters students only. PhD's and Post Docs are considered academics and will register as such.
*Attendees who register as a student are required to volunteer for one shift of the conference to receive the discounted rate. They can volunteer for more shifts if they would like additional reimbursement of the registration fees after the conference. Learn about volunteering here.

K-12 Student / Educator Registration

*K-12 student/educator registration is available only to full-time teachers and students of these grade levels. Those who register with this price will need to confirm their status.
