Participation Cancellation Information

We understand that occasionally there is a need to cancel participation in events. We have set forth the following cancellation policy that applies to registration, exhibit booths and sponsorships:

  • Cancellation before January 31st, 2022: Registration amount minus a $50 handling fee
  • Cancellation February 1st - March 31st, 2022: Half of fees paid will be forfeited.
  • Cancellation April 1st, 2022 and beyond: No cancellations will be accepted; however substitutions will be allowed. Substitutions can be made by contacting the conference organizer at <sehall@ucdavis.edu>. This must be done no later than April 30th, 2022.

In the event the event is cancelled by the hosts (Air Quality Research Center), all fees paid will be returned to the participant. There are currently no plans to cancel or postpone this event.
