Participation Cancellation Information

We understand that occasionally there is a need to cancel participation in events. We have set forth the following cancellation policy that applies to registration, exhibit booths and sponsorships:

  • Cancellation before December 31st: Registration amount minus a $50 handling fee
  • Cancellation between January 1 - February 28, 2024: Half of registration fees paid.
  • Cancellation March 1, 2024 and beyond: No cancellations will be accepted; however registration swaps will be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Substitutions can be made by contacting the conference organizers at airqualityevents@ucdavis.edu. This must be done no later than April 26th, 2024.
